By order of the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Ravshan Zokirovich Raimjonov was appointed Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the
Journalism and Mass Communications University of Uzbekistan.
Ravshan Rayimjonov was born in 1978 in Tashkent.
In 1995 he graduated from Tashkent State University with a bachelor's degree, and in 1999 - a master's degree from the National University of Uzbekistan. Doctor of Philosophy of Educational Sciences (PhD).
From 2001 to 2003 he worked as a teacher at the Department of Methodology and Editing at the National University of Uzbekistan, and worked as a senior lecturer, deputy dean, head of the department at the National University of Uzbekistan.
Prior to his appointment, he worked as Dean of the Faculty of International and Audiovisual Journalism of the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan.
